    Scope and Purpose of Data Processing

    We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

    1. Purchase and Delivery of Goods, Handling Complaints

      Data: name, surname, address, email, phone number, order details, payment and delivery information.
      Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
      Retention period: during the contract and afterwards according to legal requirements (typically 5–10 years).

      Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
      Retention period: until consent is withdrawn.
