    General Terms and Conditions of the pop-pause.cz Online Store

    1. 1. Introductory Provisions

      These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between Realizujeme vaše sny s.r.o., Pýchavková 282/7, 109 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, ID: 09458590 (hereinafter the “Seller”) and customers purchasing goods through the online store at www.pop-pause.cz.

      Information about personal data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.

    2. 2. Definitions

      • Price – monetary amount for goods
      • Delivery price – shipping and packaging costs
      • Total price – price of goods plus delivery
      • VAT – value added tax
      • Order – binding proposal to conclude a purchase contract
      • Goods – products offered in the online store

    3. 3. General Purchasing Rules

      Goods may be purchased exclusively through the online store interface.

      The buyer is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.

    4. 4. Conclusion of the Contract

      The purchase contract is concluded when the buyer submits an order and the seller confirms it.

      The order includes:

      • selected goods
      • price and delivery cost
      • payment method
      • delivery method
      • buyer identification details

    5. 5. User Account

      Customers may create a user account in the online store for easier purchasing.

      The account is protected by login credentials and the user is responsible for their security.

    6. 6. Price and Payment Terms

      All prices include VAT.

      Payments can be made by:

      • bank transfer
      • online card payment
      • cash on delivery
      • cash on personal pickup

    7. 7. Delivery of Goods

      Goods may be delivered by:

      • personal pickup
      • parcel pickup point
      • courier delivery

      The buyer should check the package condition upon delivery.

    8. 8. Complaints

      Customers have the right to file a complaint in case of product defects.

      Complaints may be submitted to: reklamace@pop-pause.cz.

      The complaint will be resolved within 30 days.

    9. 9. Right of Withdrawal

      Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.

      The goods must be returned within 14 days after withdrawal.

    10. 10. Alternative Dispute Resolution

      Consumers may resolve disputes through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

    11. 11. Final Provisions

      Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

      These terms are valid from 1 September 2024.
