How the gift voucher works

Simply enter the unique voucher code during checkout and the voucher value will be deducted from the total order price. The voucher is valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Terms and conditions

• The voucher value will be deducted from purchases made in the online store www.pop-pause.cz or in the POP PAUSE physical store.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The voucher cannot be split and must be used in a single purchase.
• If a product purchased with the voucher is returned or a complaint is accepted, the amount may be refunded as a replacement voucher or store credit.
• The voucher is valid for 1 year from the purchase date. After this date it becomes invalid.
• The voucher can only be used in the POP PAUSE online store or physical shop.
• All purchases are subject to the company’s terms and conditions.
• The voucher cannot be replaced if lost.
• The buyer is not allowed to resell the voucher to third parties and is fully responsible for any damages caused.
